HotelREZ is committed to ensuring a high standard of ethical practices and operating our company with integrity. We aim to grow by way of reputation and a commitment to excellence in all we do. We understand that our reputation is built upon trust and confidence in our directors and employees, as well as our suppliers and partners.

This code of ethical policy sets out the standards for how we aim to work and the commitment we ask of our directors, employees, customers, suppliers and partners to ensure that we all continuously strive to behave ethically and honestly at all times.

Ethical Standards

We will hold paramount the welfare of our customers and suppliers in the performance of our professional duties. We will act in such a manner as to uphold and enhance personal and professional honour, integrity and the dignity of our profession at all times and only work with partners who uphold the same standards as ourselves.

Social Responsibility

We will always remember our corporate responsibility, and shall strive to reduce our footprint on our planet. We will strive to work in a way that supports and adds value the communities in which we work and live.

Green Credentials

We encourage our customers globally to adopt a Green policy that embraces environmental issues that encourage their suppliers, partners and guests to do the same.  This covers their attention to improvements in waste management, water conservation, air quality, energy efficiency and eco cuisine in food and beverage.

Human Rights

We support the International Declaration of Human Rights and knowingly only work with suppliers and customers who uphold these principles.

Animal Welfare

We are against any involvement in animal experimentation for cosmetic or household products.  We do not knowingly support any hotel organisation or direct supplier involved in this area.

Sustainable & Ethical Purchasing

We encourage our members through our policy statement  to act in a sustainable manner, ensuring corporate responsibility is kept a the forefront of their business operations, and adopt a purchasing policy that benefits the wider society and environment.
