Marketing the HotelREZ Portfolio
The HotelREZ portfolio includes over 1,000 unique and independent hotels located world-wide and we look to promote our portfolio to relevant booker audiences, through on and offline marketing, targeted email and GDS campaigns.
Our hotel members open up specific rate plans, that are relevant to their hotel's location, amenities or type and the HotelREZ marketing team then take these hotels and their special rates out to the booker channels, under the HotelREZ banner and the HO chain code.
The Revenue Managers will advise your hotel of up and coming campaigns, the participation selection criteria (i.e. some campaigns for example may only be open to hotels in Italy or those with spa facilities) and rate requirements (some campaigns require an added value offer such as a drink on arrival, or free spa treatment).
Marketing campaigns include seasonal sales and getaways, to destination specific special offers and lifestyle programmes. We also have put in place incentives and special offers through marketing partners including Superdrug, Virgin, Avon and Peugeot. Some marketing campaigns are bookable exclusively on our voice channels; others are also bookable on the GDS and internet channels.
