Hotels often ask the HotelREZ team how they can get more corporate reservations via the Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Setting up client specific negotiated rates on the GDS is one of the best ways to generate volume reservations to your property.
The HotelREZ team can work together with your hotel, to find out what companies are located nearby your property so we can help you to increase reservations and revenue from agents and corporate bookers.
We will establish how these local companies book hotel rooms for visiting colleagues and find out if they have a corporate hotel programme and RFP that your hotel can participate in, or if you can offer direct negotiated rates to the corporate customers. The HotelREZ team will help in the negotiation process and will also work with you ensure rates are correctly loaded.
Many of our hotels use an online RFP tool, which is an online product that makes RFP completion fast and simple by storing all your property details and rate information in one place, allowing you to pre-populate the majority of fields on each RFP. Meaning no more tedious form filling on spreadsheets or having to re-enter the same property information time and again for each individual RFP!
Over 100 RFP's were generated for 2012 Hotel Programmes including Siemens, BT, Johnson & Johnson, HP, IBM, Philips, Rolls Royce to name a few and we expect to generate even more for 2013.
