What from the list above is included in your membership fees and what is charged as additional fees to your membership, depends on the service plan you purchase from us.
There are two basic bundled service plans on offer through HotelREZ: Simply Connect and Simply Fabulous.
In addition to distribution services offered to all our hotel members, Simply Fabulous members are offered full hotel representation services, including revenue management, sales and marketing support.
Simply Fabulous hotels are allocated a dedicated Revenue Manager who will work with your hotel to design a business plan, tailored to your hotel's needs. The business plan will incorporate a range of options, all designed to deliver more and higher value business to your hotel; from participation in corporate and MICE RFP's and niche marketing programmes to premium listings on consumer and trade websites, preferred partnerships with consortia, opportunities to attend trade shows and call centre visits.
Structured and measurable targets will be set in the business planning process and through regular reviews, progress will be monitored.
Simply Connect has been designed for hotels who are looking for connectivity solutions to the Global Distribution Systems (GDS), internet channels, your hotel's own booking engine and to the HotelREZ network of voice reservation agents.
Help will be provided to ensure your hotel is implemented correctly on all the distribution channels and web-based training is offered to ensure your staff know how to use the systems. In addition, your hotel will be offered rate strategy advice along with access to many of the HotelREZ sales and marketing programmes.
