Hotel Marketing Programmes
HotelREZ membership includes the ability to participate in a wide range of marketing
programmes, including rate driven programmes and niche marketing programmes. Some
programmes have participation requirements and some require additional cost of participation
(eg SpaREZ and GolfREZ), although we will discuss all opportunities with you in
order to choose the ones that will best suit your hotel and your needs.
Core Rate Marketing Programmes
Our CORE categorisation features programmes that are tactical, branded, rate driven
campaigns completely adaptable to each of our hotels changing business needs.
These programmes present the consumer with a beneficial rate without undervaluing
your brand, and in so doing, become a defining factor in securing new business.
Some programmes may require qualification (eg the Meetings programme) but all are
underpinned by our 'Recommended Rate Strategy' which all member hotels participate
in to a greater or lesser extent,
Membership of these programmes are inclusive within the membership fees. However
it is also possible, for a small fee, for hotels to be featured within the programmes,
thereby gaining additional exposure.
Niche Marketing Progammes
Our niche programmes are available at additional participation fees (except the Collection programmes) and are grouped into four categories. Hotels are able to participate in as many programmes as befits their properties specific characteristics
- Interests eg programmes-based around a specific consumer interest or lifestyle such as Golf, Spa, or those looking for a weekend retreat
- Promotional programmes-targeted at bookers looking specifically for a luxury or budget deal
- Destination programmes-based on a specific destination. eg Destination UK.
- Collections these programmes are designed around the characteristics of our niche brand collections World Fashion Hotels, Elegant Hotel Collection and Hotels100, and are inclusive to members.
On joining any of our brand solutions, all programmes will be discussed with you, to identify which may best suit your needs and budgets.
