At the core of HotelREZ distribution is CentralREZ an online hotel Central Reservation System (CRS) designed for hotels and hotel groups that demand an adaptable yet powerful way to manage all online distribution.
From one real-time, easy to use web-based system, you can load and manage your rates and content. Any updates can be made once and are then seamlessly distributed to the Global Distribution Systems (GDS), internet channels, your hotel's own booking engine and to the HotelREZ network of voice reservation agents.
Reservations are delivered back through the Central Reservation System or alternatively can be delivered to your Property Management System (PMS) through one of our PMS interfaces.
CentralREZ Central Reservation System has simple rate building processes, a 'user friendly' dashboard to give your hotel a snapshot of the property and how it is selling, rate calendars enabling you to quickly change prices for a specific day or extended period of time as well as on-demand reporting, with pre-formatted reports containing specific key performance indicators and market intelligence. The system is easy to use with integrated commission payment processing to reduce errors and streamline operational processes.
